What should I do if I am involved in an accident?
 
You must swap name, address, contact numbers and licence details with all other drivers, injured persons or the owners of property damaged in the accident. Try to obtain name, address, contact numbers of independent witnesses.

Do I have the right to choose my repairer?
 
Insurance companies have their own requirements and most allow you to select you own repairer. We are authorised repairers for many insurance companies. If you have any queries contact 9497 4200 for 24 hour assistance.
 
How many quotes do I need?
 
Generally, a single appraisal is all that is required. However, your insurance provider may require two. Again ring us with your queries.
 
What about the panel beating and spray painting?
 
Super Tek chassis work is performed using Auto Robot and Car-o-Liner measuring systems. We spot weld using the latest inverter welders. The paint we use is a premium German branded product called 'Standox'.

What payment methods can you take?
 
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Electronic Transfers, and Cash. A personal cheque can be taken by prior arrangement.

All vehicles are secured at night and we have 24 hour security monitoring keeping your car safe and sound.
